Full Service Planning

Our full service planning package is ideal for those wanting a tailored experience and personalized guidance to create their event. It is also ideal for busy professionals with limited time to dedicate to event planning.

We work with you from concept to completion, beginning with the venue and date selection up until your guests leave your event. Services include, but are not limited to, RSVP tracking, vendor recommendations and liaising, access to a Google Drive suite of documents to help you stay organized (such as budget tracking and guest list spreadsheets), day-of items assembly (e.g., welcome bags and favors), timeline creation, and a team of Alicia Margaret Events staff on the event day.


Event Management

This package suits clients who have planned the majority of their event and want to ensure all of their final details come together and are executed how they envisioned.

As the event day draws closer, particularly for weddings, there tend to be lots of last minute to-dos and final appointments. This service allows you to focus on the things you absolutely need to do (such as final fittings) and the things you should be enjoying (spending time with out-of-town guests). We become the point person for all vendors, learn the event inside and out, and lay out a plan of execution and a detailed timeline.

You would have email access to our team from the moment we are hired to ask questions, as well as planning documents to help keep you organized. Six-eight weeks prior to the event, we would have a thorough meeting to discuss all of your plans and the nitty-gritty details.


A La Carte Services

A la carte services are customized to your needs and are perfect for those who need assistance with individualized tasks such as the venue selection or vendor recommendations. We also offer consulting calls to discuss with us whether you’re on track with where you need to be or to provide advice on decisions to be made.


Micro Weddings

Couples are increasingly deciding to host micro weddings (<50 guests) in place of large scale celebrations. Just because the event is small, doesn’t mean it still can’t be beautiful and meaningful!

Micro weddings provide the opportunity to create an even more personalized experience for your guests at unique locations using upscale decor, but logistics and details for smaller events can be just as complex as they are for larger events.
