Based in Northern New Jersey Available for Destination Celebrations
Jasmine's bridal shower was a colorful and personalized party attended by 80 guests, including her big Cuban family and tons of friends from all walks of her life. She wanted everything about the event to be a surprise (except for the date so she could get her makeup done!), so we decided on a warm yellow and gold invitation and incorporated complementary purple, amber, and turmeric shades throughout the rest of the decor in the ballroom at The Empire Club. Aside from being a beautiful and unique color scheme, we wanted to be sure to use colors that were completely different from what she planned to use for the wedding day!

I had known Suellen for quite a while before she got engaged, but I knew very little about her now-husband Danny. As I worked with them on their wedding, I grew to love them both, individually and as a couple. They are absolutely adorable together!
Suellen and Danny hosted a June wedding at one of New Jersey’s most spectacular venues, The Westmount Country Club, surrounded by dozens of their friends and family from all over the world.
I absolutely loved their color palette which incorporated touches of rose gold and bling throughout (my faves!). One of the most memorable aspects of their wedding was the honeymoon surprise. Danny planned the entire trip and revealed their destination at the reception via a custom made map. Their destination—Italy!

“At one point I remember sitting down getting my hair done and looking at Alicia and saying, ‘Your smiling face is what is keeping me so calm (though she was dealing with issues I didn't even know about!).’ From the first vendor meeting I went to with Alicia, I knew I had made the best decision by hiring her. She is attentive, passionate about her work, and extremely organized.
However, those are not even the best things about her. Alicia is a visionary. She helped me create the picture I had in my head with me telling her just a few words. I look back at pictures and still can't believe what she helped me accomplish. Her creativity and passion will take her places I can't even imagine."

Madelyn and Joel got married on a rainy March day at Addison Park which prevented them from getting some of the outdoor portraits they really wanted. Fortunately, Madelyn is a makeup artist, so a few months after the wedding we teamed up with other vendors to do a styled shoot where she and her new hubby got to be the models! This shoot at Basking Ridge Country Club gave them the gorgeous outdoor portraits they desired.
We did two looks for the day—one in their original wedding day attire and another more bohemian look. And from the photos, you would never know they are not professional models!

Lauren and Miles hosted their wedding on a sunny June day on the grounds of the church she grew up in. It was an especially personal setting filled with countless thoughtful touches. From the ceremony performed by her father and her unique and gorgeous brooch bouquet, to the lawn games throughout the grounds—and my favorite—their “he” and “she” frames describing what they love about one another on their welcome table, no detail was overlooked.
The neutral color palette complemented the natural surroundings perfectly, though the day was twice peppered with red: once from Lauren’s gorgeous hair and once much less beautifully from this planner’s sunburn! Lesson learned: always wear sunscreen during an outdoor setup!

“I am the type of person who prefers to do everything myself, so when it came to my wedding, it was difficult to let go. When I finally admitted that I could not possibly be on the altar and setting up for my reception at the same time, I called upon Alicia's services. She jumped right in without breaking a sweat, bringing calm, organization, and confidence with her. To say that I trusted Alicia to understand my vision and do the job well is an understatement and highest compliment. I worried about nothing on my wedding day and truly, her execution was flawless. For me, it's all about the details and Alicia checked every box. If you're on the fence about whether you need an event planner, you do and it needs to be Alicia. You'll thank yourself later.”

Lizette and Danny’s wedding day was a perfect reflection of who they are individually and as a couple. They incorporated so many unique elements to their spring wedding which was held at the Estate at Florentine Gardens.
From their custom-designed invitations, stunning florals using succulents, and superhero cufflinks, to their music-themed guest book, seating card display (which featured a handmade drawing from their engagement), and surprise Batman cake pops for Danny, their personalities were infused throughout the event. But the biggest surprise of all--Danny debuted a much shorter beard (to Lizette’s delight!). I wish I had a “before” pic of his beard so you could see the difference!

Victoria and Sam celebrated their wedding on a hot July day at Addison Park in central New Jersey, but the afternoon heat during their bilingual ceremony didn’t put a damper on their personalized vows. Afterward, guests found their seating assignments via mini handmade airplanes which paid tribute to the groom’s job in the aeronautical industry.
Victoria wanted a colorful palette of hot pink and peach shades that played out in lots of lush blooms and orchids. They also used these colors in an ombré fashion in their rose petal aisle runner and in their candy bar which was a huge hit during their reception. Guests danced the night away to Latin and Top 40’s music while enjoying an assortment of mini desserts at each table and a photobooth for some extra fun.

“Every detail of my wedding was perfect and it was all because of Alicia. She kindly reminded me of approaching deadlines (as I have the tendency to procrastinate) and ensured every detail was in place so that I could have peace of mind on the day of my wedding.
Alicia recommended wedding details I never even imagined such as airplane place cards (as my husband works in aviation) that truly made our wedding personal to us as a couple. She also recommended money-saving tips and explained what details of a wedding had the most impact so that we could focus our attention on those as we were on a tight budget.
When I broke down in tears when I found out peonies were not in season, she worked with the florist to make sure I loved every detail and believe it or not, the final product even mimicked the look of peonies!
I was able to enjoy every moment of my wedding day because I had complete confidence in Alicia, knowing she was in control of every aspect of my wedding. She was more than I could have asked for as a wedding planner and I can't wait to plan my vow renewal with her at the reins!”

Eneri and Gino are such a kind and generous couple to each other and to those all around them. They truly exude joy! They opted for bright orange shades for their Memorial Day weekend wedding at Valley Regency and used gold accents throughout to give it a unique flair.
Their lively afternoon reception was full of fun, heartfelt speeches, lots of salsa music, and the longest conga line I’ve ever seen! Dances with the mother of the groom and the bride’s son were extra special sentimental moments throughout the day that I know they cherish deeply.
FROM THE BRIDE
“Alicia exceeded our expectations. From the first conversation, we knew we would be in good hands. She is a true professional and was on top of everything. Alicia kept us organized and on schedule, and we didn’t have to worry about things not getting done. Her wedding expertise helped to make our decisions easier.
Alicia was attentive, thorough, and firm (without being pushy). She handled the unexpected with professionalism and grace and went above and beyond to ensure our day was a success!”

Natalia and Chris had a picture-perfect summer day for their outdoor ceremony at The Manor in northern New Jersey. Natalia’s teenage son gave her away at the altar (cue the tears!), and they did a family puzzle to signify the blending of their families and children.
After the ceremony, Natalia changed into a fun, shorter dress which made their beautifully choreographed first dance much easier to do. Later on in the night, Natalia and her son did a dance together that ended with them inviting everyone to join them for the Harlem Shake which really kicked off the party! After surprising Chris with a special video during dinner, the couple ended the night with a sparkler exit.
